What is the cost of your service?

We work on a flat percentage basis which includes all our supplies, advertising & labor.

Are there any additional costs?

There are no additional costs unless there are additional services needed such as a dumpster, lawn or maid service...that sort of thing.

How do you prepare the estate?

We set up tables with tablecloths and lighting. We prepare each item by cleaning it or do minor repairs. Then items are set up on the tables with like items together with a department store appearance. Each item is then appraised and a price tag affixed.

What happens after your preparation?

The sale is usually a 1-2 day sale. We advertise in local newspapers, send out an email blast to all of our regular customers and dealers, and then set out signs the day of the sale. 

How & when is the distribution of sales made?

We allow 10 business days for checks to clear and credit card purchases to be credited. A check is then sent out on the 10th business day to the client.
