Who we are? Founded in 2000 by Maribeth & Ray Jones, American Estate Sales is a family-owned, professional Estate Liquidation Company & Ebay Consignment Seller serving clients in the Tallahasse, Florida, vicinity, North Florida, South Georgia & South Alabama. We employ a highly qualified staff and have expert appraisers’ on-hand to evaluate your home furnishings, antiques, jewelry, vehicles and general household goods.
Settling an estate or liquidating personal property can be a difficult and emotional task. American Estate Sales can help by organizing and hosting a secure, on-site sale of your property and household items. Our staff evaluates, researches, prices and displays all items to be sold. We promote the sale to our network of buyers, collectors and professional dealers and advertise to the general public through our website, email, local newspapers and signage. We employ a silent bidding system to expedite the sale of larger or unsold items.
How we're different? Unlike traditional estate liquidators who only accept the most valuable items , American Estate Sales accepts for sale all items in the estate. We take great care in organizing and displaying your estate to present each item most favorably. This translates into a higher revenue for our clients. We don't own or operate an antique business and we never buy items for personal gain that we are contracted to sell. Our goal is to realize the maximum value for our client's unneeded possessions.
